About the Virus

We are adhering to the State of Oregon regulations outined on August 24.  The Reunion will require FACE MASKS for all indoor AND OUTDOOR activities regardless of vaccination status. Face shields are NOT recommended.

  • Individuals are asked to maintain physical distancing of at least three (3)to six (6) feet from other individuals out of doors.
  • Your meals will be served plated by masked servers at each dining table.
  • 10 person tables will be limited to 5 seats for separation.
  • Hand sanitizers will be placed at several locations.

Activities

  • Miniature Golf “Putt Putt” (see page 2) - $3 a game
  • Par 3 golf will be charged a 1/2 price of the current rate.
  • A Photographer will be on site between 1:45 and 2:45 for a group photo and candid camera shots.
  • A delightful  Ice Cream truck will offer assorted treats outside the building and our class will provide one dessert for each attendee.
  • No dress code – Just shirts, pants and shoes

Alcohol will not be offered in the dining areas. However, the Pro Shop, a short walk away will have beer, sodas and wine coolers available.  

Parking and Disability Provisions:

The facility has a large parking lot as you enter with a short walk to the main entrance. Continuing on, an even larger lot is below with wheelchair access and an elevator to visit the main room. 

Please don’t let a physical challenge prevent you from coming!

The Meals

        Entrees:

  1. Wild Salmon Filet with lemon chive beurre blanc
  2. Vegetarian Pappardelle Pasta with seasonal vegetables

        Registration will ask you to select one or both entrees

       Accompaniments

  • Wild Rice Pilaf with dried cranberries, toasted almonds and chives
  • Green Beans with caramelized sweet onion and blue cheese crumbles
  • The Aerie Signature Salad of Field Greens Topped with Pickled Red Onions, Dried Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds, & Chevre Cheese, with Creamy White Balsamic Vinaigrette.  Additional dressings may be provided upon request.
  • Artisan Bread Baskets and water pitchers are provided for each table.  Included beverages are coffees, water for hot tea, ice water, and iced tea.

Golf:

Eagle Landing has 2 ADA approved, Par 3 (short game) golf courses (a 9 and 18 hole.) A short walk from the seating area are also what are reportedly the best two miniature 18 hole golf courses in the metro area. As these are public courses, no tee times are accepted, just get in line (please not during mealtime). Our group will receive a 50% discount off of the 2019 rates; advise course staff of our group upon payment. Par 3 rates will be 1/2 price and Miniature Golf $3 for 18 holes.
